By renting from Bride & Bloom, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

Terms

By renting from Bride & Bloom, you are agreeing to use the pieces rented for their designated purposes. Items should not be used near fire or water and should not be neglected or damaged upon return.

Rental Period

Each rental period starts 3 days prior to your wedding date with the return date being 1 day after your wedding date. If the return date falls on a federal holiday or day that your drop-off is closed, please return the following day. 

Wear & Tear

Normal wear and tear such as a couple missing leaves or a worn flower is expected, however damage beyond normal wear and tear will be feed at 50% the item's rental cost. Missing or unreturned items will be feed at 150% of the item's cost.

Rental Return Process

The rented item will be returned using the pre-paid shipping label one day following the wedding date. Bride & Bloom is not liable for compensating shipping costs if our label is not used. If you have misplaced your label, please email gaiafloralst@gmail.com. 

Cancellations/Postponements/Refunds

Due to the nature of rentals and weddings, refunds are not issued for canceled orders. If you have postponed your date, please let us know so we can move your wedding date on our end.
