When I place an order, when will it arrive?

Purchased or rented items will arrive 3 days prior to your wedding date.

How do I return my rentals?

You'll return your rentals the day after your wedding by just putting them back in the box and using your prepaid return label! That's it, easy peasy! All return shipping is free.

How do your monthly payment plans work?

When you go to check out, select "monthly payment plan" instead of entering your payment information. Your payment plan will be created by your order total divided by the number of months you have to pay, ending about a month before your wedding. Your order will submit with a receipt sent, and an invoice will be generated and sent to you within 24 hours. The initial payment will be due upon that invoice send date. You can pay this invoice manually monthly or save your card on file to autopay.

What if I don't see my date available on an item?

Feel free to message our Facebook page, and we'll see if we have any availability for your date! 

Do you offer items for purchase?

We do not offer custom items, but you can purchase your bridal bouquet to keep.

Are your items waterproof?

No, our items are not fire or waterproof.
